Watermelon is a-brewing!

With the addition of a new pump to the brewery's arsenal of tools, today's Watermelon Wheat was brewed in record time (<4 hours)! We switched up the hops (WGV instead of Hallertau) due to availability issues, but we think it will end up being a good switch.

It's been to long...

...since we've brewed. We tried to brew on Labor Day, but the brew shop was closed. So, we will try again this weekend. mmmm...Watermelon Wheat. A little late in the season but better late than never.
